Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Scheduling All bookings must be made through our official website, booking link, or by direct confirmation via email or text. A calendar confirmation will be sent once your date and time are approved. 2. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit of 25–50% (depending on the service) is required to reserve your appointment or project date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be made via card, invoice, or approved digital payment methods. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notified at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full remaining balance. 4. Late Arrivals Please respect the scheduled start time. Sessions that begin late due to client delay may be shortened, but full payment will still apply. 5. Weather or Technical Delays (for Drone/Media Work) If weather, airspace restrictions, or technical conditions prevent drone operation, sessions will be rescheduled to the next available date at no additional cost. 6. Project Turnaround Standard turnaround times vary by service. You will receive an estimated delivery date in your project agreement. Rush options may be available for an additional fee. 7. Rights & Usage Invacor Ventures retains creative rights to any produced media unless otherwise stated in a signed contract. Clients will receive usage rights appropriate to their service package. 8. Communication All communications should be conducted via the approved Invacor Ventures contact methods. Project updates, revisions, and approvals must be confirmed in writing.
